Where we deliver
We deliver across India, to a single office or to individual recipient addresses. We do not ship outside India today.
Lead times
Dispatch lead time depends on stock, branding and kitting, and is confirmed for each order at checkout or in your written quote rather than promised as a blanket number.
Branded and personalised orders take longer than stock items, because production happens after artwork approval. Festive periods run longer again; for Diwali programmes we ask for the brief well before the date.
Multi-address programmes
Where an order goes to many recipients, we collect addresses, sizes and preferences, kit each parcel to its recipient and dispatch on an agreed schedule. You get one report of what went where.
Tracking and failed deliveries
Tracking is shared once a consignment is dispatched. If a courier cannot deliver, they will normally reattempt. Where an address turns out to be wrong or incomplete, we come back to you for a correction, and any re-dispatch cost is quoted before we send it again.
Shipping charges
Any shipping charge is shown at checkout or stated in your quote before you confirm. Nothing is added after an order is placed.
