Model 2 · Direct corporate gifting

You have the names. We'll get the addresses.

Client gifting rarely fails on the gift. It fails on the addresses. We send each recipient a private link, collect their address, and deliver a branded gift to the door.

Who it's for

When the gift is your decision, not theirs.

Employees do best with choice. Clients, partners and guests do better with one well-presented gift.

Client gifting

Sent to each person on the account list, not dropped at a reception desk in one carton.

₹2,500 – ₹10,000Individual dispatch

CXO & executive

Short, high-value lists where presentation carries the message. Discreet branding, a note that reads as written.

₹7,500+Presentation-led

Partners & channel

Dealer and channel rewards across cities, with different values per tier in one campaign.

Events & conferences

Delegate and speaker gifting — to the venue for handout, or to each attendee afterwards.

Customer campaigns

Loyalty, win-back and milestone gifting, run as a tracked campaign not a courier job.

The hard part

Addresses, not gifts, are what sink client campaigns.

Picking a gift takes an afternoon. Collecting 200 addresses, chasing the half who ignore you and fixing the bounces is what turns it into a three-week job. Two ways to handle it.

Recommended

Gift links

A private link on your branding. They confirm the gift, pick a variant and enter their own address. You never handle personal data.

  • Works from just a name and a work email
  • Recipients enter home or office addresses themselves
  • Automatic reminders chase unopened links
  • Sends on email, WhatsApp or from your own CRM
  • Live view of who has confirmed and who hasn't

Best when you have a list of names and work emails but no reliable delivery addresses — which is almost every client and partner list.

Also supported

Address list

Already hold verified addresses — a dealer network, a registration export? Hand them over and we dispatch straight from the sheet.

  • Straight to dispatch, no recipient step
  • Fastest route when addresses are already clean
  • Good fit for dealer, branch and franchise networks
  • We flag incomplete rows before anything ships
  • Bulk delivery to one venue also supported

Watch for stale addresses. On an unverified list, expect a share to bounce — a gift link costs a day and avoids most of it.

Presentation

For client gifting, the box is half the gift.

An employee opens their gift at home and judges the item. A client opens it at a desk, in front of people, and judges the company.

Packaging

Boxes and finish matched to the tier, so a ₹7,500 gift doesn’t arrive in a ₹500 carton.

Personal notes

A different message per recipient, printed on card — not an invoice slip.

Discreet branding

Some gifts should carry your logo; some should barely whisper it. Set per campaign.

Quality checks

Checked before dispatch. A damaged client gift costs more than the gift.

Budget tiers

What a client gift buys at each level.

Client tiers sit higher than employee tiers — you are buying presentation as well as product.

₹2,500Volume

Wide account lists and customer campaigns where reach matters more than weight.

  • Gourmet and dry-fruit boxes
  • Desk and stationery sets
  • Compact home items
₹5,000Relationship

The working tier for named accounts and mid-tier channel partners.

  • Premium home and décor
  • Barware and coffee sets
  • Small leather goods
₹7,500Client & CXO

Where presentation starts carrying as much weight as the item itself.

  • Elegant non-food gifting
  • Premium décor and fragrance
  • Dining and wellness experiences
₹10,000+Executive

Short lists, senior recipients, and gifts that are expected to be remembered.

  • Premium audio and tech
  • Luggage and travel systems
  • Stays and curated experiences

Tiers and examples are indicative. Your shortlist is curated against the audience, the occasion and any category rules you set — see the full catalogue.

Timing

A direct campaign runs faster than a store.

No store to build, no catalogue to approve. You sign off one gift; the clock is addresses and dispatch.

Dispatch & report

Packed, checked and shipped individually, then one campaign report.

Days 10–16

Roughly two weeks end to end for a standard campaign. Custom packaging or logo application adds about a week. If the window has closed, digital vouchers deliver same-day — you just lose the presentation, which for client gifting is most of the point.

Not sure which model

Direct gifting or an employee store?

Most companies run both — a store for employees, direct campaigns for everyone outside the business. Start with either.

Questions

What comes up on client campaigns.

The objections specific to gifting people outside your own company.

We don't have our clients' addresses. Is that a problem?

No — that is the normal starting point, and it is what gift links are for. A name and a work email is enough. Each recipient gets a private link on your branding and enters their own address, so nobody on your team has to ask a client where they live.

Why do you recommend non-food gifts for clients?

You rarely know a client's dietary rules or allergies, and a food gift that lands wrong is worse than no gift. Non-food also travels better and has no shelf life. We run gourmet campaigns happily — we just flag the risk on senior or unfamiliar lists.

Can different recipients get different gifts in one campaign?

Yes. Tiered values are common on partner campaigns — top dealers at one value, the rest at another — running as one campaign with one report. A named list can also be given a choice of two or three gifts.

Can you deliver to an event venue instead?

Yes. Bulk delivery to a venue for on-site handout is supported, as is shipping to each attendee afterwards from a registration list. Post-event shipping usually gets a warmer reception, since nobody wants to carry a box home from a conference.

How much branding should a client gift carry?

That is set per campaign. Partner and event gifting usually carries clear branding; CXO gifting usually does not, beyond the packaging and the note. We will advise, but it is your call and it is decided before production.

Send us the list. We'll handle the rest.

Tell us the audience, headcount and per-gift budget. You'll get a curated shortlist built for that relationship, plus a realistic dispatch date — usually inside two weeks.
